More beautiful rewards and benefits to employees and high quality services to customer are at front to praise the development status of organization. Waitrose in controversies

Occasionally, the strategies made for profit and brand values return in form of loss or controversies due to some unacceptable conditions in market. Waitrose is not an exception and has surrounded by some big controversial issues for the strategic stunts. Previous year, in 2015, Waitrose has published a magazine titled as Taste of Israel. The magazine was used to attract the customers for Israel with an offer to tourism in Israel country. Organization has listed a number of recipes and dishes those are co related to the culture and lifestyle of Israel. Rather than to grow into popular face, organization has faced a number of complaints (Carroll and Shabana, 2010). Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) has fired a complaint against Waitrose stating that it is violation of Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in Britain. Advertisement was found guilty for wrong promotions with usage of references of Jerusalem and the Golan Heights as being in Israel and the brochure listed the Palestinian and Arab foods as being Israeli. Dishes like tahini and zaatar are promoted by telling the Israeli food patterns. The advertising brochure contains the tourism as mix up of recipes with destination in Israel. Initially organization is targeted from Facebook and twitter to remove the advertising and later, organization gets down to eliminate the advertising for Israeli dishes for own kitchens. First side it was seem as a great business lost but the conditions are handled with more appropriate business advertisements. Organization established the braches to cover the market with same route in district and made more money. Waitrose occasionally came into issues because it has strong and well planned teams to implement legal and community problems in practices (Sridhar and Jones, 2013).
