The six continuous improvement and supporting quality management policies come from of the different sections of the selected organization. The Organization selected is a health organization called Geneva Healthcare. The policies are selected from the quality management system function. Specifically these 6 functions are Governance, organizational, finances, human resources, facilities, service and quality assurance. Quality Policy adoption and adherence As Geneva Healthcare is a big organization so it is expected that all major functions of the organization have relevant quality policies formed.
The Management of the organization has mandated that all its staff, employees and medical professionals should be aware of such polices and must always adhere to such quality standards as stipulated in the quality policies

Process

The quality process requires that the organization should keep the quality policies well within the reach of its medical and non-medical staff and Management. A local quality control Department is set up which is responsible to conduct internal quality audits to ensure that all the quality policies, even in other functions like finance and HR are being followed. The quality process also requires that those cases be highlighted where the quality policy is not being followed and steps to avoid such cases must be encouraged

Procedure

A local quality control Department is set up which is responsible to conduct internal quality audits to ensure that all the quality policies, even in other functions like finance and HR are being followed. An internal quality audit is conducted every three months to assess whether the quality standards are consistently being followed or not. The quality process requires that all the monetary transactions are recorded in the computer systems. A proper receipt is also provided when the customer pays to the Geneva Healthcare. An internal audit Department is set up which conducts internal quality audits for financial transaction to ensure that all the financial  policies are followed and the transactions are recorded in the computerized systems. The quality process also requires that those cases be highlighted where the quality policy is not being followed and steps to avoid such cases must be encouraged. All the financial and monetary transactions must be fed into the computerized system

All their work should be reported and controlled via their Departmental Manager. All the employees of the organization shall be placed within the ranks and level in the Organization Structure. Every employee shall have a reporting manager and an HR functional manager. Organizational Policies  must be followed meticulously and every Department must be aligned to the organizations quality policy and mission. The organizational quality process requires that all the infrastructure and resources to be provided must be governed by the standards. A Facilities computerized module should be used to allocate resources or any tools and equipments to the medical and non-medical staff. The requisition for any resources, tools, equipments or allocation of any Healthcare Center facility like any room or accommodation must come through proper channel. The requisition which come through proper channel has to follow the workflow process before granting the final approval on the Facilities Module of the computerized system. Only Geneva Healthcare Management shall be responsible for formulating, editing and revoking any Facilities Policy

The Facilities Policy shall be common and uniformly applicable to all Departments with the exception of the emergency facilities provided by the Healthcare Center. All our staff are passionate about what we do, and we take pride in doing it exceptionally well and with compassion and empathy." The staff, employees and those who are in medical domain will ensure that they will always adopt a professional approach in dealing with the customers. The services should be delivered must be of highest quality and standards. The employees and staff will always bear a positive attitude and shall not bring any personal matters or concerns especially when handling or dealing with the customers. The Service Quality Assurance Policy shall be common and uniformly applicable to all Departments including the emergency department where highest standards of Service Delivery are required. Department Managers shall be responsible to train their staff -- both medical and non-medical to ensure that they deliver their work with highest quality. The Service Quality Assurance Policy procedures and manuals must be readily available for reference just in case any staff needs any immediate reference
