Introduction

In this FBL5010 reflective journal assessment, information related with the various journals will be provided (Henning et al., 2009). Reflection on the basis of the information provided in the journal will be made in this report (Green et al., 2015). Information related with 4 different journals will be shared in which a trail will be made to make appropriate critical analysis of all the aspects indulged in the journals (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). Proper information sharing is the objective of the report with the effect of which conclusion will be made which will help in providing proper set of direction to the users of the journals (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017). DIEP framework will be used so as to elaborate the journals and develop better understanding with the facts indulged in it (Amico, et. al., 2017).

Description

What is Management?

The revolution that asks the manager to do more or less and to engage the heart, mind and physical energy of the employees in the work process of the company so that company could grow in the market (Tongo, 2012). Manager of the company works towards to manage the people attached with the company and the people who are not (Volberda, et. al., 2013). According to various articles on management it is being said that management provides accountability to the workplace (Schutte, et. al., 2014).

The article is presented so as to provide appropriate information related with management (Rowlinson, 2013). These articles have the objective of helping the organization in maintaining and managing the people working in it and the people attached with the company (Peruche, et. al., 2017).

Interpretation
Various articles are studies and interpretation is made on management in which information related with the organizations and process of management is being provided (McGrath, 2014).

It is being interpreted that organizations should have proper set of management system which could help it to grow and develop in the market (Kiechel, 2012). Various articles on business management provided the information in which importance of management is shown to the businesses (Lai, 2011). For businesses management is necessary because it helps the companies to process the work in a systematic way (Kaise, et. al., 2016).

It is being interpreted that organizations tries to make the management system more effective so that they could provide better services to the customers and make its position in the market (Henning et al., 2009). Management also helps the company to attain competitive success as with the help of management it is being assured that the company could work in a systematic manner (Green et al., 2015).

Information availed in the report is really effective which ensures to provide proper set of information related with the management (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). Information related with strategic attributes, in which there are various aspects are included like innovation, workforce perception, integration of multi-stakeholder perception, knowledge and information flow, implications for and environmental strategy (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017). Information related with contingent attributes are also being availed in which various aspects like research and development activities, size, slack, and multinational scope are provided in this report (Amico, et. al., 2017).

All these aspects help in ensuring that the information provided by the researchers in the research are effective, and avails a useful experiences (Volberda, et. al.,, 2013). It could be evaluated that the information is clear and concise which helps in developing better set of understanding with the fact the management is one of the most important aspects attached with the companies working in the competitive environment (Tongo, 2012).

Plan
Indulging in the surveys and gathering appropriate information is a most important aspects attached with the management system (Schutte, et. al., 2014). It is necessary that people should develop an action plan so as to make the research appropriately (Rowlinson, 2013). Market survey is the best option that could be adopted so as to gather more appropriate information related with management (Peruche, et. al., 2017).

Survey should be done for 1 month in which information should be gathered from management of the well known company. Questionnaire for approximately 15 questions should be made including relevant information regarding roles and responsibilities of the management at workplace. Analysis should be shown with the help of bar and pai charts so that better understanding could be developed (Lai, 2011).

Description
Management is a very broad concept which includes various aspects (Kiechel, 2012). Passing time brought many changes in the management and definition of management keeps on getting changed based on the experiences of the companies and people working in them (Kaise, et. al., 2016). There are various models presented by Henry Ford so that appropriate information related with management could be delivered to the people (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). Companies facing downfall in the market develops different type of strategies in the same manner when Ford got defeated by its competitor General Motors then Henry Ford developed new management policies and delivered appropriate information related with the management and brought certain changes in the management processes (Henning et al., 2009).

Interpretation
With the study of various articles it could be interpreted that brief and synchronized information is being presented in the researches related with the history of management (Green et al., 2015). Changing policies and frameworks are shown in the researches related with the history of management (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).

Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
History of the management is really old it is being applied at the workplace from many years (Amico, et. al., 2017). Information related with the early thinking about management is being provided in the research (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017). It is being said that management keeps on helping the organizations in shaping as well as shaping their working environment from many of the centuries (Volberda, et. al., 2013). Information related with the Greek and Roman armies is being provided in the article in which it is being said that synchronization among them was made with the help of management only (Tongo, 2012).

It is required to gather information from at least 5-10 articles to avail data related with history of management (McGrath, 2014). Time should be taken for 10 days to gather information from the secondary sources (Lai, 2011). Developing action plan regarding the work will help the researcher to gather appropriate information (Tongo, 2012).

Motivation

Description
Motivation is termed as the most important aspects attached with the organizations working in the competitive market (Kiechel, 2012). Various researches are done by the researchers on motivation in which motivation is termed as the most valuable thing for the growth of the employees as well as organization (Kaise, et. al., 2016). For employees working in the organization motivation is termed as the most important aspects (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). It is being suggested in the researches that companies should indulge in the practices which could help the employees in remaining motivated (Henning et al., 2009).

Interpretation
It could be interpreted that motivation provides effective set of support to the companies (Green et al., 2015). With the help of motivations a feeling of trust is created among the workers and the management. In the researches discussion related with various theories is done (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). Information related with the theories of motivation like Maslow’s Theory is availed which helps the organization to fulfil the needs and wants of the people available in it which avails clear framework of need of motivation in an organisation (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017).

Interpretation

Information related with motivational factors is also being shared in the research report (Volberda, et. al., 2013). Some of the motivational factors are monetary factors which include salaries and wages, bonus, incentives and special individual incentives and non monetary factors include status or job title, appreciation and recognition, delegation of authority, working condition, job security, job enrichment, worker’s participation, cordial relation, and good superiors (Tongo, 2012). According to the interpretation of the research it could be evaluated that proper and relevant references are used to provide in depth information related with motivation (Schutte, et. al., 2014). Researches that are interpreted are very useful for the organizations as they carry appropriate information related with the organizational feature which could ensure to maintain healthy organizational environment (Peruche, et. al., 2017). Data presented in the research is appropriate and in depth information related with the research topic is done (McGrath, 2014). Appropriate theories are studied like interpretation of Maslow’s need hierarchy is given which helps in developing better set of understanding with the fact (Lai, 2011).

Plan
Motivation is an important feature which could add value to the organization. Human resource management of the company could indulge in the meetings to carry out proper plans which could help them to motivate the employees (Kaise, et. al., 2016). Information should be gathered from both primary and secondary sources (Kiechel, 2012). Attending motivational seminars will help in developing better set of understanding (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). 15 days should be taken to gather the information related with motivation, sample size should be 12 employees working in an organisation (Henning et al., 2009). Information should be drafted by providing proper figures and charts (Volberda, et. al., 2013).

Individual Differences in the Workplace

Description
In the organization people from different diversities works due to which coordination among them gets affected (Green et al., 2015). There are various differences that people feel while working at the workplace. It is necessary that manager of the company should focus upon the attitudes, personality, emotional intelligence, perception, learning style and should provide appropriate response to stress. According to the research manager plays a very vital role in helping the employees to cooperate and coordinate with each other (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011).

Interpretation
It could be interpreted that there are various factors due to which individual differences at the workplace occurs these factors are age, physical development factors, intelligence, heredity of the people, economic conditions of the people, motor ability, gender differences, emotional stability, temperament, learning rate, environment or atmosphere, nationality of the people, personality, difference in the interest of the people, and situational variables (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017).

According to the researches it is necessary that manager should take fair decisions and should try to help the employees in understanding the culture of each other so that effective set of relationship could be developed among the employees (Amico, et. al., 2017). People working at the workplace should work as a team rather than working as an individual because team performance brings quality to the workplace (Volberda, et. al., 2013).

Effectiveness and Usefulness of the Experience
In the article Diversity in the workplace: Benefits, Challenges, and the Required Managerial Tools, relevant information related with individual difference in the workplace is given (Tongo, 2012). Article has the proper set of definition of the diversity which provides clear image of the fact to the user, information related with the benefits of diversity in the workplace is provided by the researcher, information related with the challenges of diversity in the workplace is also being shared by the researcher which avails clear picture of the fact that whether organization should hire the people of different diversities or not (Schutte, et. al., 2014).

Information related with the tools required for managing the diversity is also being availed by the researcher in the article (Peruche, et. al., 2017). Analysing the information availed in the research it could be said that relevant and useful content is availed by the researchers which will help the organizations in understanding the positive aspects related with the diversity at workplace and so the negative aspects (Rowlinson, 2013). Information related with the tools is also being availed which provides a solution that organization will be able to manage diversity in a proper way (McGrath, 2014).

Managing diversity is a very crucial task because in this it is required that the organization should understand the culture of others and it will have to ensure that the same should not get affected by any of the process (Lai, 2011). It is required that individual should meet the people of different diversities working in any organisation (Kiechel, 2012). Taking face to face interview will help in developing better understanding (Green et al., 2015). Selecting 5 people of different diversities will help in gaining appropriate information (Schutte, et. al., 2014). Time period of 5 days should be taken and interpretation should be shown with the help of graphs and pie charts (Kaise, et. al., 2016).

Conclusion

Developing the reflections on various researches and understanding the factors indulged in it, it could be concluded that researches availed by the researchers act as the supportive material for every organizations (Jalbert, et.et. al., 2017). People managing the company in the competitive market should understand the importance of the researches and should work accordingly (Henning et al., 2009). Researches on the topics like management, motivation, individual differences in the workplace, and history of management thinking helps the organization to work effectively on the needs and requirements of the management and the employees working in an organization (Green et al., 2015).

It is necessary that management should remain indulged in such type of researches so as to gain appropriate knowledge about the people and their expectations with the organization (Giannantonio, et. al., 2011). These researches are based on the true data which helps the organization to develop the plans which could provide better and effective support to the employees (Dwivedula, et. al., 2017). Research is done to provide support to the people and help them to understand all the aspects related with the topic which is chosen by the researchers (Amico, et. al., 2017).
