It is understood that changing a drastic business management strategy for hospitality services and information technology based communication will have useful difference in decision making changes. Through identification and learning of new products and services in business, it is observed that the business functions can be planned according to demand of customers when focus is given to management strategies. The key areas which has given knowledge of functional practices like IT technologies, communication systems, standards of business in hospitality organization, knowledge of social and cultural practices in business etc. The experience of learning new tactics for improving communication and management skills has significantly influenced mind set through which critical situations will be managed with ease of success.
