This is to inform that all the administration officers that our company is planning to launch a National Uniform Rollout scheme, to provide a national set of uniforms for all operational (customer service) staff across all states. This project is directed towards achieving a national consistency in the company  and for launching this plan successfully we need your assignment help.  This project is being overseen by the TRI fitness CEO Klara Abram who will keep the Executive Team informed of the rollout progress and have approval on spending and final uniform selection. The regular activities for the project will be led by COO Tracy Yapp. I will be responsible for coordinating and communicating all the stakeholders of the project. The state administration officers will identify and consult the representatives of the customer facing staff in their respective staff so as to get the feedback on the uniform design, comfort and stability for duties. Further it is advised that the all the administration officers should maintain proper time sheets to keep a record the total time that they spent on the project.
