In afflictive leadership style, leader builds connections between team members and spread feeling of harmony among all. Leader promotes collective effort or coordination among team members. When leader is not able to handle emotions of team members or when leader lacks with emotional intelligence then this style of leadership may get fade away. Democratic leadership includes inputs or suggestions or advice from all of its team members for resolving any issue.
