As we all know that people are the key elements of an organization. Due to this reason an organization without some hard working people will stand nowhere.  Therefore, the HR that is human resources plays an important role in helping an organization to achieve its goal. In this article, I am going to list some of the key points about the role of the HR in an organization. Basically, the HR deals with the management of some of the key elements of an organization like staffs, projects, auditing, taking care of employees’ welfare etc. Some of the roles played by the HR of an organization are as follows:

Recruitment: One of the most important roles played by the HR department is to recruit new employees. The HR deals with the management of existing employees as well as recruitment of new employees. The HR department takes care of each and everything related to the people that are working in an organization.

Managing the whole organization: In this the HR department will have a close eye on every department of the organization to ensure proper maintenance of the policies listed by the organization. The HR will ensure that every department must follow the rules and regulations guidelines provided by the organization.

 Helping the organization:

This is one of the most important roles of the HR. In this, the HR department will help the organization with a new set of ideas and business plan that can take the organization a head of its competitors. The HR department will bring to the notice of the organization about some new policies and changes that can help the organization.

Acts as a motivator:

One of the most important roles of the HR department is to motivate the existing workers in order to maintain the pace of the work that can help an organization in achieving its goal. The main reason for an organization’s downfall is the fact that the workers associated with the organization are not motivated enough to work in the right direction. So, the HR department takes care of the workers with proper motivating factors.

There are many more key roles that are played by the HR of an organization which I will cover in the subsequent articles. But, the above mentioned roles are the most important roles played by the HR of an organization.
